Whites Rural AIRR Jersey Promo – AIRR 2024 – RETAIL PROMOTION
1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (add in here if they must have an AIRR account!). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, AIRR and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Purchases must be made between 18/05/24 and close of business on 30/06/24 (“Purchase Period”).
4. Purchases must be made from a participating AIRR store in Australia. All stores involved in the promotion will have the promotion advertised in store (“Participating Store”).
5. Participating Products are any Whites Rural and/or Murray Australian-made product (excluding made-to-order) (“Participating Products”).
6. To be eligible to claim, Qualifying Recipient/s must purchase $5000 (including GST) or more of Participating Products from a Participating Store during the Purchase Period in one transaction.
7. The claim Prize is a sports jersey valued at up to RRP$159 (including GST) depending on code and style chosen (“Prize”). Jerseys will be sourced from major retailers. Qualifying Recipient/s will need to choose from:
a. The following sports codes: NRL, AFL, A-League + Union including Women’s leagues; and
b. Their preferred team in the major code competition; and
c. Their size.
8. To claim, Qualifying Recipient must meet the purchase requirements in Clause 6; and:
a. Visit at https://whitesrural.com.au/airr-jersey2024 ; and
b. Complete the Claim form in full – the Claim form information includes Full name, email address, contact number, Business Name, delivery address, Invoice and purchase details and prize selection information; and
c. Successfully upload proof of purchase (“Invoice”).
d. Alternatively, a printed Claim form is available and can be completed, scanned and emailed to marketing@whitesgroup.com.au.
9. Claim forms (regardless of method) must be submitted no later than 4.00pm AEST on 15th July 2024.
10. Multiple Prizes will be provided for multiples of $5,000 (including GST) purchased on one Invoice, for example, an Invoice for over $10,000 (including GST) will qualify for two (2) Prizes; an Invoice for over $15,000 (including GST) will qualify for three (3) Prizes, and so on. There is a limit of four (4) Prizes per Qualifying Recipient.
11. Every Claim must be submitted separately. Multiple Claims on the one Invoice require multiple Claim submissions.
12. Any purchase for which a refund is subsequently given (other than due to a defect in materials or workmanship) will not be eligible for this offer.
13. It is the Qualifying Recipient/s responsibility to ensure the information submitted on the Claim form is correct, and to calculate the size that would best suit them. Once a Claim has been lodged there is no changes to be made to the selection. Best endeavours will be used to supply the Prize the Qualifying Recipient/s selected. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Cash will not necessarily be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize. The Winner is responsible for any fees associated with owning and maintaining the prize. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other prize, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize comes with a standard warranty. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any malfunction, fault, technical or design error or any other breakdown concerning the Prize whatsoever. The Winner undertakes to liaise directly with the providers of the Prize in respect of any manufacturer’s warranties and/or guarantees and hereby release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever in respect thereto. For clarity, the Winner waives all of its rights to make any claim against the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the Prize and Warranty whatsoever.
14. Qualifying Recipient/s should allow six (6) weeks from the conclusion of the Promotion to receive their Prize. Claimants must retain their original or a copy of their Invoice(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL entrant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. Whites reserve the right to refuse any claim where the product is not clearly identified as a Whites Rural or Murray product on the Invoice. Only Invoices which clearly state the store name, customer name, Invoice number, product description and quantity of eligible Whites Rural or Murray products purchased, total value and date of the purchase will be accepted as proof of purchase. Handwritten Invoices will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Whites reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase or to verify any purchase directly.
15. Prize is neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
16. Incomplete claims will be deemed invalid.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Any delay will be promptly communicated.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant.
